Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to: landing page creation, institutional websites, automations, integrations, SEO and Google My Business management.

The specific scope of each project will be defined in a commercial proposal or brief approved by both parties.

2. Plans and Payments

Available plans (Basic, Premium and Business) have values and features described on the pricing page. Prices may be updated with 30 days prior notice.

Implementation payment is made after layout approval. Monthly fees are charged monthly from project publication.

Late payments exceeding 15 days may result in temporary service suspension.

3. Delivery Deadlines

Deadlines are estimated in the commercial proposal and depend on the client sending required materials (texts, images, logos).

Delays in material delivery by the client may impact the final deadline, without responsibility from Dev CC.

4. Changes and Revisions

Each plan includes a specific number of monthly changes as described on the pricing page.

Additional changes beyond the monthly quota will be charged separately according to the current price list.

Significant structural changes (layout, navigation or functionality changes) may be treated as a new project.

5. Intellectual Property

Source code developed specifically for the project will be owned by the client after full payment.

Templates, frameworks, libraries and tools owned by Dev CC remain Dev CC's property.

The client grants the right to use brands, images and content provided exclusively for project purposes.

6. Cancellation

The client may cancel monthly service with 30 days prior notice.

Implementation fees already paid are non-refundable after development begins.

In case of cancellation, we provide a complete backup of all project files and data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dev CC is not responsible for indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months of service.

We are not responsible for content provided by the client or unavailability of third-party services.
